We loved the convenience of having our own refrigerator and electric kettle in the room. One highlight was the warm hospitality of Lorenzo, who provided us with a map and valuable advice on exploring the city. we highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, convenient amenities, and prime location.

The common area had a cozy table for coffee. The host was friendly and helpful. Shampoo was provided. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The room is neat and includes a fairly clean bathroom. The cost is US$ 57. It has marvellous and stunning location to see an ornate footbridge. We have stayed there before now and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and excellent service from the host. The room was small but very clean, with a comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. The host went out of their way to be helpful, meeting us at the vaporetto and giving us recommendations for the best gelato in the area. They even helped us get last-minute tickets to a concert. Their assistance was especially appreciated since we didn't speak the language.

The room temperature was sometimes hard to adjust, and the air conditioner/heater didn't work well. However, the host was willing to provide extra blankets if we asked.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Venice. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the center and in the heart of the city. Everything was within walking distance, including the famous Piazza San Marco. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a small kitchen in the communal area and a spacious room with a mini fridge. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The staff, especially Lorenzo, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They provided great tips on the must-see attractions and the best places to eat in the city. I also liked the fact that the hotel provided coffee and tea for the guests. it was a fantastic experience.
